Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the limited and often unique nature of our products - art editions, publications, and merchandise - we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or preference.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or store credit. To be eligible, you must report the issue within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damage. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.
What we cannot accept:
- Returns due to change of mind.
- Exchanges for a different edition, size, or title.
- Claims for items damaged after delivery.
Shipping & handling
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is issued for a damaged item, PLUS-ONE Projects covers the return shipping.
Art editions
All art editions are sold as-is in terms of variation. Minor differences in ink, paper texture, or hand-finishing are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.
