Dispatch schedule
We are a small, independent business and we ship twice a month: every second and last Friday. Your order will be dispatched on the next scheduled shipping date after your purchase. We don't offer standard next-day or express shipping.
Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Belgium: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on your local postal service or customs handling.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Wednesday to Saturday, 1 - 6pm, or by appointment

Tracking
Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
International orders & customs
For orders outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
