These terms apply to all purchases made through the PLUS-ONE Projects (Radiant Street BV) online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.
The Webshop & Products
PLUS-ONE Projects sells art editions, publications, and merchandise through its online shop. All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, finish, or hand-production may occur and are considered part of the work's character, not a defect.
All prices are listed in euros and include Belgian VAT where applicable.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a product becomes unavailable after purchase), in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
We accept payment via Stripe & Paypal.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship twice a month - every second and last Friday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items, reported within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including images, texts, artwork reproductions, and design - is the property of PLUS-ONE Projects (Radiant Street BV) or the respective artists and rights holders. Nothing may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Purchasing a work or product does not transfer any intellectual property or reproduction rights to the buyer.
Privacy & Data
We collect only the data necessary to process your order (name, address, email). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required for order fulfillment (e.g. shipping partners). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Liability
PLUS-ONE Projects (Radiant Street BV) is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
